1. Responsible Party

2. Principles

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law (revDSG) and – where applicable – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data necessary for processing your order and operating the shop.

3. Which Data We Process

• Order and Contact Data: Name, delivery/billing address, email address, telephone number.
• Order Data: Items ordered, amount, order date, order status.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, access time (server logs) and functional session cookies.

4. Purpose of Processing

The data is used exclusively for processing and delivering your order, communicating with you, processing payments, preventing fraud and fulfilling legal obligations.

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed via the service provider Stripe. The data required for payment is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed according to their privacy policy. Complete card data is never stored with us.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data is only disclosed insofar as necessary for contract performance – in particular to shipping and logistics partners for delivery of your order and to the payment service provider. Data is not shared for marketing purposes with unrelated third parties.

7. Cookies

We use only technically necessary session cookies (e.g. for the shopping cart). These are required for shop operation and contain no advertising or tracking functions.

8. Storage Duration

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or due to legal retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data as well as data portability. Please contact hello@inkshop.ch to exercise these rights.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Data transmission is encrypted (SSL/TLS).
